Missing parts, second box better
Only 3 spacers in the box 2 missing and do not have a way to contact the suppliers??Returned the goods and reordered as it did look sturdy.Second box arrived with all parts present.Installed, only problem was having to cut the bolts down to suit the door thickness, otherwise it does the job well for the money.Happy

Tough product but one did break.
Good product, but took a while to arrive. Unfortunately one of the roller wheels, which are nylon, broke and the door fell. Supplier sent a replacement with little fuss. Generally a nice and tough product.
