These have helped tremendously with those night time leg cramps! Easy to take. No bad odor. Still eat your banana’s ( haha), but, potassium is good for so much, & a deficiency many people don’t think they NEED :)

These a great, but…. They are rather large sized pills, the largest one I currently take out of 10 supplements and pills. They are chalky too so they do not go down the easiest, BUT there is no yucky aftertaste. So I’ve gotten used to taking them and it seems the ingredients work and are high quality. I was told by my Dr to take potassium and these were approved. Also the price is unbeatable!

Works great for when you discover you have a potassium deficiency. These "saved" me during a really bad time. They are not horrible tasting...a tad salty...but are perfect if your body needs potassium NOW, because they are chewable OR they can be sucked on. I am very pleased I feel my overall health has improved since taking these daily. The price point is very affordable.

Best Potassium product I have tried other brands and this is the best. It really helps with my muscle spasms.
