I’ve bought several “rings” that were foam or other material but all were too hard in practice.This one is inflatable so can be blown up to whatever pressure is comfortable. It’s surprising how little it needed to be inflated. Blow to maximum possible from your lung power and it will definitely be too hard for comfort. When inflating do so in stages and test sit at each stage.To blow up use the large inlet as this is much easier than the small one. In fact trying to blow into the small one by will make your eyes bulge and your ear drums pop. Enjoy 🙂
