Taken daily works fine
This stuff works great but will get stuck to the roof of your mouth if you let it. If your taking it out of the capsule add a bit of oil of some kind

350mg each capsule
I like it and sprinkle it to my food. but each capsule is 350 mg, not 700mg.

Great fiber capsules
Love this fiber. I can’t use psyllium (Metamucil) and these pills are very similar. Do what they need to do without side effects. I recommend taking them in evening to avoid daytime GI side effects. Good price too.
