I was a little skeptical at first. I have had ice cube trays before that leaked if not positioned correctly in the freezer. These are so convenient because you don’t need to worry about how you put them in the freezer. They don’t leak and getting the cubes out is just as easy as it shows. My automatic ice maker went out and this is a lot cheaper than fixing it. I don’t use that much ice but these are perfect for my needs.

Expensive but fantastic.
So these are WILDLY expensive. Like, I can't fathom how much they are. But boy howdy if I don't love them. They keep the freezer burn out, they can lay or stand any which way, they're easy to fill. It's great. My only complaint (besides price) is it says they come apart for easy cleaning, but I can't for my soul figure it out, and just hurt my fingers trying. Doesn't matter. I cleaned them like I would a water bottle. If you can justify spending 20 bucks on a small ice tray (They are small, I'd want 3 or 4 personally, much ice as I use) then go for it. They're wonderful.Edit: A few small notes. First, make sure you have firmly pushed the sides back together before freezing. I'd you didn't fully pop it back in to place, when it's freezing it'll expand and you won't be able to break the solid block of ice up and will have to simply let it melt and start over. Also, I'm not sure why but I've had some leak issues from one unit. I can't seem to figure out if it's a defect or if it's just come apart a bit where it naturally separates and is leaking from that. It's irritating, but doesn't fully take away from anything. Also, know that it's no where near as simple and easy to get the cubes out as the video makes it look. Not to mention the loads of ice "crumbs." Not a deal breaker for me personally, but just feel like it's something some may wish to know.Edit: So one of the trays is definitely leaking from where it should not. I thought maybe I caused a leak trying to figure out how to open it, but the leak is from where the handle screws into the body. So it's a defect. It's not preventing it from working but I imagine it's going to shorten it's lifespan. Unfortunate. The other fine though.6 months edit: despite the small defect causing minor leakage, all units still work great. I would highly recommend standing them upright over laying them down. When laying down they often leak from the top (I have a puddle of ice in my freezer) and I've found the ice breaks up MUCH easier from trays when they froze upright rather than sideways. Still highly recommend them.

Muy buen producto
ya tengo mas del año con el, y ya no uso ni siquiera las hieleras tradicionales que tenia, algunos dicen que se rompen pero la verdad es que si sabes cuidar funcionan muy bien, no son nada fragiles.

Amazing Ice Tray and Incredible Service
Like most people who’ve purchased the item, it seems like a great idea. If it makes ice cubes, doesn’t spill water everywhere between the sink and freezer, seems like a win!!!I bought two, if they did what I needed, I’d be happy and if not, not a big investment lost. They worked. Did as advertised and if it wasn’t for user error, I’d never had met Kim. She’s awesome btw…I froze my first batch of ice and was eager to try the tray out and did as the instructions said. Pressed on both sides and then attempted to pull apart. Sad to say I broke one of the handle clips because I wasn’t thinking, I needed to open the top to release the vacuum within.I emailed customer support and they responded right back. Sent me a full tray even though I wanted to buy replacement parts. I broke it and intended to pay for what I broke but Kim saved the day. They trays will solve the argument over not refilling the ice tray, that alone is worth the risk of buying but you’ll like them. Companies don’t often send replacements and these guys do. Absolutely a “will buy again”

Best Ice Cube Tray I’ve Tried
This is the best one I’ve tried. I can stick it in my door, on it’s side, it doesn’t matter because it doesn’t leak and the design means that each cube is formed perfectly in any position. There is a bit of a learning curve with the product. At first I was scared I would pull to hard to expand it and break the trays but they were fine.I’ve been using this for months with no problem.I’d like to address some things I’ve seen in some of the negative reviews.1) When you are ready to get the ice make sure to rock it back and forth on the counter on both sides. I only do this for a few seconds in each side. Then OPEN the cap BEFORE pulling on the sides to expand. If you leave the cap on there will be to much pressure. After you expand put the cap back on to shake. I also usually then push the sides in and put some pressure on the cubes to break what may still be together. Then open the cap to pull out a final time and shake once more. It sounds like a lot but honestly takes a minute tops.2) I noticed that one of the most helpful reviews is someone complaining that it broke apart after a month. Please note that is the design. The pieces snap together so that you can properly wash this. That is not a picture of a broken product like the review says it is.Right now I only have one of these but plan to buy more. The only draw back is the size is quite small. I like cold drinks so one of these will only fill 2 glasses.
