Unfortunately No, it’s not. & It’s extremely small & the brush as a whole sucked. Don’t waste your money.

Q: Is this really made of Kolinsky 100% and only it?

Im not sure if it is but the brush that I received was horrible, it had some glue on the bristles that I couldn’t take off as much monomer as I used or soaked it in

Q: Can I use this for gel nails? Thank you

Even though it's crimped, I don't think or suggest this is the right brush and or if it's possible to use for gel applications there are other kolinsky brushes you can use for gel applications. You can try it, but...if it doesn't work out just search for professional brushes for gel nails.
