This is the best prep by far! You only need to do it once before you want to get intimate and it cleans you out without any cramps or waiting. Highly recommended.

This is one of the better-designed anal douches sold here. The tip is soft and doesn't hurt or scratch, unlike some others with plastic tips. The length might be frightening to some, but the fit was comfortable. The multiple sprays that are located at different heights give a satisfying feeling of cleanliness.I'm not sure of the benefits of the included liquid or the separately available powders. It's unclear if their marketing matches up with the results. There's no way for me to tell. I did buy the packets they sell, so I'll see if I feel much benefit over plain water.One note of warning, do not squeeze hard. This is a douche, not an enema. You don't want to push the water into the colon. There are products for that, and they have specific uses and instructions. This unit is designed to clean the lowest part of your "system."

The bulb itself works fine, but beware the solution. Maybe I’m sensitive to one or more of the many ingredients but it literally irritated me to the point I felt sick. The burning sensation was awful and lasted for about an hour. I’m not new to using this sort of product. Skip
