Speedo Biofuse Fin Au

My daughter has been using these for a year and somehow by just using them in her club swimming sessions has this catastrophic breakage. No other fins we have ever owned have broken like this, so for the price i am not impressed. I fell for the design of them thinking it might help her kick development but i am not convinced of that either. i think they are just designed to look cool.

After reading the reviews regarding gettin a smaller size (I am a trainer size 8 in all makes) i have an average size foot. I decided to get size 6-7 fins and glad I did. They fit perfectly. They are comfortable easy to get on/off. They are an excellent training aid for me as I bought them to maintain my body boarding kick fitness when I'm not in the sea but in the pool.

Comfortable and well designed to strengthen leg, back and abdominal muscles. I now use it a lot in my training, and am noticing progress in body toning and swim performance

As a long time ago former competitive swimmer I was curious about how effective these were for cardio improvement. They increase your speed but make you legs work harder is my verdict- a good purchase..AM

Took some getting used to, but the fitter you are the easier to use.Did help, I didn't want to remove them as they made a differemce.
