Engine additive that increases HP and MPG, reduces wear and noise.
I recently used another, similar Nano Ceramic product with stunning results.Engine Armour - Engine, Transmission, Differential Reviver, Wear Reducer, and Mileage Booster - SAE Tested | Creates a Nano Ceramic Shield Coating over Internal Moving Parts (2oz - V4, V6 Passenger)I can’t say enough good about it. Improved highway MPG from high 30’s to 44.5. Increased HP some, but I can’t tell how much. Would need a Dyno for that. The car is noticeably quieter at idle and at speed. Very pleased with the results. It was a small, 2oz. bottle for $20. At todays pump prices, that was an easy choice. This appears to be a similar product offering Nano ceramic coating on metal engine parts to reduce wear and friction. Amazing stuff. For your cars engine, you add it to the oil at a 2oz to 1qt ratio. So if your car holds 5 quarts of oil then you would measure out 10 oz. of ELEV8 in a measuring cup and then add it to the engine. When I treated my car with Engine Armor, I first changed the oil, then added the Engine Armor to the car at operating temp, but it was only a small, two ounce quantity. Also, I was directed to keep the RPMs up to 1500 for two minutes and then drive it for 30+ minutes at highway speed.ELEV8 doesn’t say any of that. That seems odd to me. Also, adding 10 ounces is quite a bit. About a third of a quart. It doesn’t say to change oil prior (Engine Armor did not, that was what I thought would be best) or if you do, reduce the oil you add by 10 ounces. You run the risk of having too much oil/additive in the crankcase, increasing pressure and causing problems. I’ve always been taught to never overfill or add too much oil.I think visiting their website or contacting them with some questions you may have wouldn’t be a bad idea.My understanding was that the Engine Armor additive lasted for about two years. ELEV8 costs about 4 times as much but can treat a 4 cylinder car only 3 or maybe 4 times, depending on the oil capacity and/or how you portion it. If you “cheat” and under-portion it, you may still receive some benefit and get it to stretch further. Not sure that is the way to go. The maker says 2oz per 1qt IS the ratio you need. Nothing about fudging. If your car takes 4.5 qts. like mine, then that’s 9oz. of ELEV8. So, I’ll get 3.5 applications if I just stick to using in the Mazda. My sons’ XTERRA is a 6 cylinder, so it will have a larger oil capacity. If I treat his too, then I will get about 3 total treatments; 2, 4 cylinder and 1, 6 cylinder treatments.I’m glad I found this product and look forward to using it in my 2014 Mazda 3, when it is due, my sons’ 2000 XTERRA and my new 2023 Ford Maverick pickup (not purchased yet). I will update this review with any new information from the manufacturer and my experience with it.

Great for your older “teen cars!!”
Many families acquire a “teen car” for beginner drivers- bc these vehicles can see their fair share of bumps/blunders. Some of us even try to get an older, cheaper option.. ha! and that’s where things can get a little interesting!!!After purchasing a “kid car” for our son- we could see it needed TLC. We wanted to help it run as smooth as possible.. maybe even provide better mpg with gas prices so high! ELEV8 performance has provided us a solid response. With no known issue or dash indicator light on, nothing was specifically wrong- it just didn’t feel to be running right..it felt rough!? Using enhancement has lended aid to idiosyncrasies we could hear/feel under the hood. Things such as audible pings or rough start mornings in cold- After the addition x2wks ago we a more then pleased at how its improving. The fix hasn’t been magic or overnight.. but these quirks have seemed to smooth themselves out! By far our biggest notable difference is in the quick start after car’s been sitting.. it does so without feeling as too tired get/stay at a nice idle.. i admit being skeptical and not mechanic savvy- only to see/feel what appears to be an overall smoother performance- I’m very impressed! Sold at a higher price point I do appreciate the possibility of more then a single use… Instructions are straight forward and included on the label.. you’ll match to engine type with oiler mixer. *I do wish it came with a separate funnel for the $.. But, The reality is if this helps prolong the life of car or lessens need for repairs- it should pay for itself many times over! Hoping this info. can help make your decision- stay safe everyone.

On the fence, didn’t destroy the car, but didn’t sell any power or performance.
We love to see new and innovative products when they come out and nanotechnology in lubricants is no exception. We added this to 3 different test vehicles: a carbureted 650cc motorcycle, a turbocharged 4 cylinder and a naturally aspirated 6 cylinder. All 3 additives were timed with a new oil change to see best results. So far, on all 3 vehicles, we haven’t seen any negative consequences,.. but we didn’t see any appreciable gains in performance or fuel mileage. We’re going to put this up there with most oil and engine additives and say it probably does something positive, but the gains are too low to notice. With nano technology and oil additives, there’s a handful of specific technologies manufacturers can use,.. we browsed the website for more than information about what types of nanotechnology they were using in this product and came up short. We contacted customer service to see if they could shed some light on the basic ingredients,.. they said they’d get back to us but didn’t. So we’re on the fence with this product. It’s supposed to be nanotechnology, but we don’t know if it’s the expensive kind that has scientific studies to back it up, or the cheap snake oil tech we can buy for cheaper. None of the vehicles tested had a loss of performance, but none showed an additional performance either.
