Harder than I thought.
So the instructions were good for telling you how to put the pieces in the door but not how to cut the size hole needed. I just wish there was some kind of templates for that. I ended up doing a lot of guesswork to make my own and almost ruined a door in the process.

I was hoping this would be higher quality. Seems poorly engineered. strike plate is too thin - someone tried to pull the locked door open and it bent the strikeplate and the door was stuck closed.
