Installation comments for dummies like me!! The kit comes with three glass lens covers, they are not lenses. They are all the same Outside Diameter but have different sizes of open area, different width of black circles. Look and match them up. The lens covers are held in place on the outer edge by a metal band. This makes it super easy to install the new lens cover. BUT, it means you can not remove the lens cover from the outside edge. This took me too long to figure out as I could not see this metal band. The kit seems to come with all you need and more. There is a peal and stick cover piece that protects all three lenses and the light and sensor(?). Incredible value, truly.

I have an iPhone 12 Pro and the glass on one of my rear cameras broke when my toddler threw my phone. I thought I just had to live with it until a friend recommended this kit.Based on other reviews I found a YouTube video with instructions. My kit did come with instructions with photos, but I felt more prepared having watched a video as well. My repair went well, was easier than I expected and my camera has been performing as it did before.

I’m so happy! I did it! I dropped my phone several times and one camera broke. The photo was blurry for a long time, and I didn’t want to spend too much money to send my phone in for repair. So, I searched on Amazon for a camera replacement, which arrived the next day. I followed the instructions, and the process was easy for me. I saw one review saying we should cover the good lens while heating the broken one, so I did that! I love that they gave you a lens protector. I can finally take great photos again!

Worked like a charm. I removed all the broken glass, placed the new glass in and popped it in and pressed. Didn't even use the extra glue they provided. It already had some adhesive on the glass and that was enough to hold it in. The extra top protective cover is awesome as well. I placed that over it and now I don't ever have to worry about breaking the lens again.

I specifically made sure it said it was for iPhone 12 Pro Max because I had ordered one before and it was too small. I ordered this one making sure it was for my phone and it was still too small.

I am absolutely amazed at how it worked and looks. The directions are definitely done by some who English is a second language so I urge you to YouTube videos and the two with larger black rings are for the 2 lenses on the left. The full-size piece is just a lens protector after you’ve fixed your broken lens or lenses. It wasn’t hard to install but just take your time breaking away the broken lens so you don’t accidentally hit the actual camera lens inside and make sure you get ALL the glass out and clean the surface well.
