The tablets easily dissolve into water leaving a pleasant orange tasting effervescent drink. Whilst it does not provide a multitude of vitamins it does contain a good dosage of vitamin C, iron and vitamin B2. I definitely feel the benefits of using this and wife experiences similar boost. Overall do provide boost and are well priced.

It is easy to prepare as you simply need to put it in 400ml of water and wait for it to dissolve.I'm not an expert, and I rely on reliable websites like the NHS or my GP to get nutritional requirements for supplements.I've been taking this for a couple of days now as I have a bad cough, and I am glad that I am not feeling any adverse effects. It tastes like dull orangey sparkling water.This is taken once a day, so a bottle can last up to 20 days if you take it every day. I felt much better, and my cough is not progressing, tho I practice healthy living as well.And as an auditor, it could have been better if this product followed the GMP or other quality management standards, ensuring that customers get the highest quality possible.

PhD Nutrition is a brand I've come to trust in the fitness and health space. Although not the cheapest, their products always seem to be of very good quality.Having tried out the PhD 'Boost' capsules, I was keen to give this drink a go. It's incredibly simple to make: all you need to do is drop one of the tablets into about 400ml of water. Some tablets by other brands I've used take a while to dissolve or leave gritty bits, however this one by PhD had fizzed and dissolved in well under a minute and was completely smooth.The drink itself tastes great. Just like a squash. It has a nice orange flavour that you'd never guess was a sports supplement. With this in mind, it's also surprising that it doesn't contain any sugar and has very few calories too.The ingredients are perhaps a little lacking, especially compared to the capsules, but you get a small dose of Iron, a big dose of Vitamin C and Vitamin B2, with some Sodium Carbonate. All are good ingredients with research to show they could help with short-term health (such as combatting illness) and long-term disease prevention.Overall, this is a good choice for those looking to up their Vitamin C or Vitamin B2 consumption. Although the ingredient list is a little sparse for an immunity supplement, if your doctor has recommended either of these two supplements then it's a great way to get them as it tastes so good!

These dissolved nicely and the flavour wasn't bad for an effervescent tablet drink. It left a slightly weird taste in my mouth (I think that'll be the iron maybe), and I'm dropping a star for the mild indigestion I got for an hour after drinking. But it makes me get a glass of water down me first thing in a morning, so anything that helps with my water intake is great in my books! A little pricey compared to pharmacy own brand versions, but it does its job if you're willing to pay that.

I’m a big fan of fizzy Vitamin C drinks like this, I always like to have them in the cupboard for when I wake up feeling a bit ill or under the weather. This dissolves in water quickly and is quite refreshing - almost like Lucozade. Easy to drink and with now aftertaste or side effects. Levels are quite decent and it is sugar free so I’m very happy with the product. It is a little expensive but PhD Nutrition are a premium brand.

A good way to get some more vitamin C as the winter is coming.It doesn't take that long to completely dissolve, in less than a minute is ready to drink.The flavour is nice and it's pleasant to drink. Perhaps a bit pricey, but being a PhD product, it's good quality.

These actually taste better than other brands I've tried. Just pop one in a glass of water and let dissolve.I've knocked a star off as they are pricey, but overall they are good.

There's nothing inherently wrong with this product; it does the job and comes from a reputable brand. My issue is the price. While PhD products are of excellent quality - in my experience - they're also very often far more expensive than similar offerings from others. I think this is an example of this.If you want a vegan-friendly soluble/effervescent product like this and don't wish to shop around, this is a fine purchase. I imagine that there are better value alternatives, though.
