The machine seems sturdy enough for someone who's not a hard core gym person, but the instructions are a joke... they say one thing in one image then the next image is something completely different. And many of the pieces for machine I bought didn't fit, we had to file them down to make them fit together. It's almost better to look at a picture of the whole machine already together and put it together yourself.

So so design. All the instructions and workout manuals all come in an oriental language and no English option. So needless to say assembly was interesting. If you do not have experience assembling things of this caliber then you may want to look at another product. All in all halfway decent. Pull up bar could be designed better, but the resistance bands are an interesting and well-used option. I just assembled the product today so I have not had a lot of experience with using it, but at least you can decide for the pictures on the workout chart to try the different exercises. I bought this specifically for my wife to use, because it's not weights but instead resistance bands.

This was a wasted dream. I was excited till I received this iron jack pull up thingy but the parts were missing and there were no instructions

really was expecting something a little more professional there were a few parts missing I had to make myself and the instruction were really bad really hard to understand

The seller shipped the item very quickly. So no issues on sellers part. The actual machine would be perfect for small spaces. However it could be built better. The bench is incredibly small and the pull up part needs to sit out farther to get a better range without running into the machine itself.
