Fits a 43X MOS... with some modification.
This does not fit the MOS version - at least when it arrived. There is a molded plastic rib in the middle that, once shaved down with a little help from my Dremel, will accommodate the lower rail on the MOS. Most importantly, the release is placed high enough on the holster that, when you draw, your finger is indexed on the slide, far above the trigger. (The reviews of some other brands of holsters mention how dangerously close to the trigger your finger ends up, so take heed.) Should the draw still be snug, heat up the plastic with a heat gun or hair dryer and then insert your gun - like they do when molding the shell of ski boots to your feet. It is a little more obtrusive than a leather holster but you can't beat the price.

Clear holster

Bit tight
Glock 43x with no optic either sticks when in or need a little more force to be put all the way in maybe just needs to be worn down a bit

Didn’t fit my Glock 43X.
It was so tight I had to knock it off with a hammer while holding in the release button. Waste of money only gave it one star because it wouldn’t let me do zero.
