Great new to me product !!
I love Nuderm products ! I find this one really compliments a healthy diet and exercise lifestyle ! My arms and upper body appear more toned as well as noticeable improvement of face tone too !! The pills have no odor or taste that I notice and they are not very large at all. I take only 2/day as directed and the bottle is good for 45 days !! I will continue to take this and see how it goes for at least the next few months !!

right to bare arms
I have been using this product and I don't see any difference, in fact it looks like my arms got bigger! my skin is looser which is a plus, I play tennis and thought it would help but I doubt I'll buy this again. I had hopes.
