This was spectacular! Worked for all of my projects multiple times, and is pretty durable too! 😅 Thank you! I took the advice from someone to get a 10ft USB cable. That worked wonderful!!

This is a great deal
I bought these boards and programmer back in January of 2021. Everything works great and is exactly as advertised. I saw at least one review that mentioned receiving some STM32F103C8 knockoff chips, but this was not the case for me. I have not tried running these chips at 128Mhz so I can't speak to that, but at the very least they're marked as having come from ST. Not much else to say, really. The ST-Link V2 works well for reading and writing firmware files and I have used it with GDB to debug a program while it is running onboard the STM32F103 board. Basically, SWD functionality also seems to work pretty well. All in all, I'm very happy with this purchase.

This is crap! Your ST-LINK_V2 is NOT compatible with many software sources.

Good but one issue
Ordered several. Major issue is they ship all with different color wires. It is a recipe for making mistakes when you are doing development work. Otherwise, works perfectly. Combine this with a USB isolator and you have the equivalent to an isolated debug tool for 1/4 the cost.
