I have no idea why this works. It truly does. I love that it is dissolvable tablets. When I'm cramping in the night, I take 2, if they come back, i take 2 more. That's usually all it takes. A lifesaver and a sleep maker!

I've purchased other Hyand products before, but this was the first time I tried these. I frequently wake in the middle of the night with foot and leg cramps. Dissolving a tab under your tongue alleviates the cramping almost before the tablet is gone. I always follow it up with a full glass of water, and go back to bed. SOLVED!

This is One product I never ever want to run out of. These do help! I have had leg cramps for many many years and have tried soooo many ‘ guaranteed’ minerals/creams/drinks. This little tablets along with a Tens Unit actually make a difference.

I have had restless leg symptoms for over ten years. I did not want to take prescription meds because of their side effects. I suffered long nights with no sleep for so long. I bought these, along with the cream of the same brand. After using the cream and waiting a bit, I will pop a couple of these to dissolve in my mouth. Eventually, the cramp will subside. I can't say that the lozenges or the cream is truly responsible, but I want to think it helps.

I have had trouble for the last few years with leg and feet cramping at night. This would happen several times a week and usually several times a night. I put two of these under my tongue before bed and I’ve had nothing for the last month. Don’t ever stop making this.

Seems to help when I get spasms or cramps in my calf or foot. Not great tasting but tolerable.
