Excellent product, good functioning

When the product arrived it was damaged. My daughter was pretty bummed because she absolutely loved the look of the controller. I requested a return from the seller and heard back with an hour. They told me to just keep the controller and they would refund me and send me a new controller at no cost to me. Every time I sent a message they were quick to respond. We are super happy with the customer service and the controller seemed to have been a quality product if only it had not been damaged. 100% will go through this seller again! My daughter can’t wait for her new controller so she can try it out!!

I purchased this under the belief that it would be a decent playstation controller with a decent design on it. Boy was I wrong. As much as the design appeals to me. Half of the controller simply not functioning as soon as I begin use does not. The second I enabled it and set it up, I figured out that the L1 and L2 buttons DID NOT work. They made no input when tested, meaning that whoever created said controller does not have the capacity to be doing such a thing, since they can't even make sure the product works before shipping it out. I'm thoroughly disappointed in the fact that this was more than likely a dropshipped product that someone wanted to make quick and easy money off of because they do not care about the absolute lack of quality in the product they ship. Don't ever order this controller if you value your wallet and your sanity.

This controller was great! My son loves the look and feel of it! Perfect Christmas present and it was very reasonably priced compared to buying one at a retail store. I had the option of purchasing a protection plan (win for me) and the seller was great. Package arrived on time.

Got this controller and my son loved it. He started playing with it and realized buttons L1&2 and R1&2 do not work. He wanted the same controller but I wasn’t chancing getting another one that does not work. Paid almost 50 for this and an actual Sony controller was $60. I would recommend just going with the Sony controller as we’ve never had problems with them and actually work.

My grandson picked this controller and loves it. He uses it daily. This is a great product and I plan on buying him another one soon.

I recommend you guys purchase this control it's very beautiful by the looks of it I purchased it for my son it actually didn't arrive but they took care of it so I recommend you purchase I tried searching for one of these in Best buy Walmart and I haven't been able to find one similar prior to me finding this one on here I wanted something different since all the other ones are just one solid color very unique
