AVOID!I bought this after seeing endless adverts in my instagram ads. It arrived and I was disappointed with the whole item. The build quality is terrible for almost £60. Just a thin piece of moulded rubber with a rubber band holding it together. I tried using it while running and got zero benefit from it.

This is a piece of plastic. I am a cyclist and this is sooo impractical and limits air intake and air blow out. To me a piece of garbage

My brain and my cardiopulmonary system are not very good at working together, and as a result I struggled frequently to keep my breathing in check and my HR low. Enter the Go2 device. I’m not sure about the VO2Max increase, because I don’t have a lab, but I do know after one week of training with this I ran a marathon PR and never struggled with my breathing rhythm, or felt short of breath. This is a fantastic little device for anyone who’s trying to improve their performance.

Excellent product, used this for 2 weeks now and run about 20 miles in 2 weeks...breathing and heart rate have gotten better to were I don’t feel tired after my runs. My first 3 runs I’ve had to pull the mouth piece out to spit a couple of times; but everything other than that it working.
