It does not dry out the lips. keep moisturized. The color is vibrant, but not tacky. been using revlon lip balm for over 5 years now.

this is the perfect red lipstick. i am fair complexion with cool undertones. most red lipsticks either have an orange cast to them or are too bright, too strong for me and my coloring. this lipstick is just right and makes a statement in my presentation when i wear it. i am so glad there are 2. i keep one in my makeup at home and one in my makeup bag in purse. hope that this never is discontinued.
