Decorative Cast Iron Wall Shelf Bracket Bird On Branch Color 7.625" Deep Brace

Very pleased with overall look and construction of the brackets. However, after looking at them more closely when attempting to install them, I found the necessary right-angles were slightly off true. This made it nearly impossible to align them properly with both pieces of wood.If you aligned the bracket vertically, the top surface of the bracket was canted. If you aligned the top of bracket for a tight fit above, the bracket would no longer sit vertical. Since my application was an outside project, I was will to force them into place and get the job finished by using large clamps and some muscle to force the best alignment possible.

This appears to be well made and since it is metal I hope over time it will not rust. I ordered as a decorational touch for my new mailbox & new mailbox wooden post. I am pleased with the outcome.

i bought 8 of these & they all lean a little. perhaps the mold? regardless, i think they are beautiful

I am using these for a book shelf. I had to order 2 for this purpose. The paint job on the Amazon site is a lot better than the actual paint job. I saw these on Alababa for .88 but you have to buy a min. of 800. So, I will pay the &16.99 price and repaint them. Other than the paint job and price being a little high, I really like them. They are sturdy and appear to be well made and I love the intricate detail on the bird and tree branches when I repaint them. Wish they sold unpainted for less.

Like it but not crazy about the colors chosen that green looks like pea soup
