I had ordered the older version but had difficulty if the product was not in an upright position. I opened a ticket with the manufacturer. They informed me that there was a new version being released that would operate in any position.I was immediately informed when the new product was released. The company will be providing a refund for the prior version.The new version has had some improvements including being to operate in any position. This product is very high quality and the Customer Service has been fantastic.

The item arrived with a partial charge. I cleaned it, read the instructions and packed it away for future use. Within 15 min. the vibration setting powered itself on in the box. It happened over a dozen times within 20 min and each time I had trouble turning it off. I don't need my kids asking or looking for "what's making that sound, mommy" *.*I've seen USB/battery item do this in the past on low battery. I will fully charge it to see if it stops doing that, but for now it is wrapped in a blanket to muffle the vibration and placed in the trunk of my car away from my kids! Prob is as battery depletes, will it power up by itself again?!Me thinks this will be returned though...

Dropped the n the shower. Cracked the whole base. I’d recommend a shorter stem and/or some gripping agent on bowl.

I like everything about this product except for the fact that it randomly turns itself on. Waking up to a buzzing sound from the dresser drawer is a terrifying experience. I returned the first one thinking it was a simple defect in the electronics, but the replacement did the same thing. This must be a manufacturing defect in the entire line. Would NOT recommend until the design flaw is discovered and corrected.

I bought this product after buying the original, smaller version. It actually retains all the best qualities of the previous cleaning Enema but one very important feature of this one that: it holds much more water. This is great, you can spend more time cleaning and less time taking off the bulb to refill. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a very cleanly solution!

The media could not be loaded. I liked how all of the water easily flowed into my cheeks 🤷🏽‍♀️ Nothing came out until it was time. But it’s hard to find the buttons. I had to twist it around to find the on and off button. Definitely need some lube, must be done in the shower but jump out and go to the toilet before you push.Well- after using device 2nd time, this morning- 6 hours later it’s still vibrating- it goes off for a hour then automatically comes back on. Scare the fire out of my dog and I.Planning to put it in the garage. Then return- because company requested it to be returned. Nasty!
