I had something like this when I was younger! I found this one while trying to find Chrostmas ideas for my 3 year old. She loves it, and likes being like daddy!

As an Educational Insights Insider, we received this toy for review in our State-of-the-Art Toy Testing Facility here at Rock Father HQ (our house).We have a lot of Design & Drill items in our collection, and they've always tapped into that natural desire for kids to want to build and create. At the most basic level, they love to "put things together like mommy and daddy," but with the colored drill bits and bolts, here they can make fancy patterns or just do some freestyle art.Out of all of our sets, this one became a fast favorite, with the light-up function in some ways recalling Lite-Brite style play, and the new light-up drill moving faster (and brighter) than our other Design & Drill tools.The big bonus here is the sound-activated flashing lights, which have the ability to create an instant dance party. It's like having Saturday Night Fever on the art desk, and that's something I can get behind!Some great STEM action in this set for little makers!

The toy itself is pretty neat but I am very disappointed with the drill. Yes you can use it without the drill but the kids do like the drill. I contacted the manufacturer because the drill wouldn't work. They said I needed Energizer batteries. I purchased them special and it worked. I put it away for a month until I needed it in the switch off position and the drill wouldn't work. Dead batteries while resting? Very disappointing.

DO NOT BUY THIS....I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THIS!! I purchased one of these and the drill only worked in reverse for about an hour and stopped working. My grand daughter liked it so much I decided to buy another one and see if the first one was just a dud. Well to my disappointment the second drill did not work at all. I will be returning this!! Such a great idea and kids love it but the drill has some serious issues

The kids love this and it keeps hands and minds occupied.

Wish I had this as a kid.... my niece figured it out quickly and had fun drilling the pegs in and reversing them out the day she got it as a gift. And the background lighting of the bits and the drill makes it all the better.

I highly recommend this toy. It enhances many developmental areas. It provides great hand-eye coordination practice and is a motivating way to strengthen small muscles. Following patterns and creating designs make it a hit. My four year old granddaughter loves it. It keeps her busy and it sparkles.

This product is adorable, my 3 yr old and 7 yr old both get separate enjoyment out of it. You'll need 6 batteries to make the drill and box light up. The response to audio is probably their favorite thing to play with!

Mi hija (3 años recién cumplidos) lo ha usado una mañana. Habrá hecho dos o tres dibujos. La verdad que le ha encantado, pensábamos que habíamos acertado con el regalo. Pero de repente el atornillador ha perdido la fuerza y no hace girar las piezas. Pensaba que eran las pilas, le he puesto unas nuevas y nada. La verdad que como es transparente he visto que las ruedas dentadas no estaban trabajando bien. Total, he pedido un reemplazo, pero me temo que con ruedas dentadas de plástico, poco va a durar.El que me ha llegado de reemplazo con la misma historia. Después de un rato deja de funcionar. El problema parece que está en los engranajes, que al ser de plásticos se deterioran.Mucho “diseñado en California, fabricado en China” pero este cacharro dudo que tenga un mínimo de control de calidad.No lo recomiendo.¿Ahora que le regalo a mi hija? Le gustaba mucho este juego.

Lo pedí para un regalo y no me gusto que en lugar de mandarlo dentro de una caja protegido, le pegaron directamente la guía al paquete y se dañó la caja. ElJuguete es muy lindo ya lo había comprado anteriormente pero deberían tener cuidado al momento de empacarlo para el envío

Für kleine Schrauber und Schrauberinnen ist dieses Spiel sicherlich ein kurzweiliger Zeitvertreib, allerdingsist es für Kleinkinder (wie angegeben +3 Jahre) doch noch eher ungeeignet, da der An - Schalter des enthaltenen "Akku - Schraubers" so schwergängig ist, daß kleine Kinderhände die Taste schlicht nicht drücken können. Die Elektrik ist sehr simpel, durch die Löcher des Kastens sieht man die "Klingeldrähte" und der "Akku - Schrauber" leuchtet nicht wirklich hell.Alles in allem etwas enttäuschend, für den Preis hätte ich eine hochwertigere und kindgerechtere Ausführung erwartet. Für die ganzen Schrauben gibt es keine Möglichkeit zum Verstauen, keine Kiste, keine Box. Einziges Plus: Wenn alle Schrauben eingeschraubt sind und das Tablett leuchtet , sieht es recht schön aus, aber das ist auch alles. Für das Geld kauft man besser Automodelle zum Zusammenschrauben!Keine Kaufempfehlung - Preis ist völlig überteuert für einfachste und billigste Elektrik und billiges Plastik!
