Great practical advice for the trial lawyer
This book offers everything that a lawyer needs to get documents and exhibits into evidence, and to look like a pro while you do it. The focus on depositions, where most evidentiary issues are resolved long before trial, is extremely useful. Deanne Siemer is not only one of the best trial lawyers of our time, she is also a great teacher who understands what works in the real world.
