Pre-Covid, I visited Hong Kong 3 times a year, always staying at the Shangri-la Hotel. Buying multiple bottles of the hotel signature scent. Thriller I can still purchase the scent without enduring a 17 hour flight. The scent is spot on to the hotels signature scent. Joy! It's the little things in life..

I really like the smell but it's kinda weak..

I ordered these thinking it would make my home smell like the Shangri La. Not only did that not happen as these smell nothing like the Shangri La hotel, they actually don’t do anything in terms of freshening up your home! Literally, you can’t smell anything coming from these. I bought three and put them in my main living area and there is no change in terms of smell in my home.I wrote a review about a month ago explaining this. I randomly got an email from customer support stating they’d send out new scents and help to drive my satisfaction up. Felt that was great! However, after a month since responding, I’ve heard nothing from the company and received nothing else from them!!Do yourselves a favor and save your money, even if they went down by $10 per unit since my order!!!

Wonderful presentation in a nice sized bottle so it’s a good value and it even has a pleasant scent.However, as a frequent guest of the Shangri-La hotel in Shanghai, I can tell you this isn’t even close. Hence my ratings are based on everything else but the scent. It’s nice but not what I hoped for.Unfortunately, if you live in the US, Shangri-La customer service informed me they cannot ship the oil here because it is considered flammable. The candles they will.

The smell is very odd and artificial. Certainly not how Shangri-La hotels smell (I’ve stayed in many of them before). Unlike other reviewers commented, it’s also not “faint”. In fact, I removed all reeds except for one and still find the smell overpowering. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money for higher quality scents.

Really love the smell of this diffuser. A little shake and the room gets filled with lovely aroma.No hesitation in recommending this product.

Half of the bottle of oil was dumped out into the package I received a really smelly messy piece of garbage, Too much of a hassle and mess to send back

Initially was a little too strong scented so I removed a couple sticks and now it’s just fineI think I would try another scent after this one
