The construction is good, they just don't have the hydraulics figured out
Product arrived leaking oil from the hydraulic ram and never worked. The construction is good, they just don't have the hydraulics figured out. I didn't need the table right away so wanted to give the folks at Giant Move the chance to get it fixed. I had several email exchanges with them and they could not deliver a replacement part in time for me to use it, keep in mind this is over a couple months. At the point I needed it I found an alternate solution and told Giant Move I was going to return it to Amazon, total silence from them after that. Now I'm bogged down with Amazon because the product is past the 30 day return window. That's what I get for trying to do the right thing...... a busted chunk of metal.I read other reviews for Giant Move (too late) and they have quite a number of complaints about their hydraulics. I do not recommend buying any product from them.
