Even in simple measurements like weight, the readings differ from one second to another. BAD product.2. I've been trying to get to customer care from TWO MONTHS, but no one responds. I think they are closing the company and therefore selling faulty products at throwaway price.Buy from some other company, and save your money and avoid headache.

I've been using the pro/max scale for 2 years to track body fat and love that it gives an extensive report with many useful parameters. As a nutritionist, I use it for my clients to track their progress. After 2 years and a new app update it stopped generating reports but I reached out to their customer care and they patiently worked with me to fix the issue. I appreciate the prompt help. Cannot comment much about accuracy as compared to the DEXA scan but definitely good to have at home to track your progress.

Looks like its meant only for the particular device you bought. but sometimes the guide refers to different variants.*App connectivity is fine (current v7.0.8) (Support for Samsung Health is not available yet) Currently only supports google fit and fitbit* You also get a hanger hook along with 3m tape for the handle, however I have not used it yet.USAGE:*Using it since last 15 days continuously. Taking measurements daily at 7:00 am.*Weight accuracy is good. will not fluctuate if you take readings several times to test it.*Most of the params had been validated previously from a bigger machine.. so I don't see issues with reading.*Helped me confirm the outside food increases weight and fat levels*Helped me confirm the fat burning exercise days.*Body water also looks good enough. if I don't drink enough water. Its reflected in next days reading accordingly.*Protein levels also I tested by consuming 6 eggs and chicken in a day. shows improvement next day.*So overall in readings also its good enough.*I still have not recharged it, for last 15 readings.SUPPORT/SERVICE:*whatsapp support is available*Support is quick to respond and will also schedule a call for better understanding of your problem.*Support people have response moreover like IVR. Im a fitness enthusiast and have been using MI smart scale from past 5years.When I wanted to upgrade, my research ended here.PROs:- smart looking machine with sleek design- best accurate results because of BIA dual frequency mode used.- more health metrics compared to other brands.- in love with the built in battery mode.- very easy to use and connect.- their app helps to store all your data and comparison charts are helpful when you want to track your health metrics closely.Cons:- app UX could be more user friendly.- lengthy wire for hand sensors makes it little uncomfortable to carry and compromises it's looks. Would look really cool if they provide collapsible wire like Omron-hbf 375 scanner.

The scale is very good and it gives a lot of information. However the information is not readily accessible and takes a lot of time to come on the phone. App does not get refresh at all even though it is connected to internet. I have tried restarting and everything in the book but it's a waste of money. Also the app needs a lot of information about you location etc I don't know why it needs that. There is no easy way to define multiple users in the app and you have to connect to multiple phones for it to work. Overall I feel it's a waste of money.Go for something where the information is made readily available either on the device itself or on a simple app which does not ask for lot of your personal information
