Q: Why so long of time span form order to shipping?

I wonder the same thing, but I order from this vendor anyway because they tend to be cheaper and more reliable than others who ship faster.

Q: Where is it shipped from?

Shipping label says Lexington KY.

Q: The box in picture says .1% capsaicin snd reading about it in product features it states “ 1% capsaicin” ! which is it ? all miss leading?

Everything I have seen says 0.1%. There is also a gel which contains 0.025% and 10% menthol. Cream works much better and is odorless. I have found the product helpful. A cream with 1% would be much to hot I fear.
