Easy fix makes this my favorite add-on to my walker
I thought this tray would change how I walked with the walker (my position). It doesn't. I walk as usual. I too found it had a tendency to tilt in the direction of the heaviest object on the tray. But after reading a review and a fix, I bought hose clamps and attached one at each corner. The bolts face out and keep the tray from tilting. I love this tray now.

Great walker tray, modifications needed
This tray did not sit low enough on our older Carex walker with paddle release levers. There was very little space for the hands/fingers.I had to remove some material from the front of the slots for the tray to sit lower to give adequate clearance for the user's hands to fit around the walker hand grips.Additionally, like the other reviewer who used hose clamps to make "stops", I used clear PVC tubing and zipties to make stops or bumpers on the front walker tubes to ensure that my elderly parents can easily place the front of the tray down against these stops, then lower the black rubber bumpers at the back of the tray down onto the back tubes. Doing this ensures that the tray sits level and securely on the walker.

Now the favorite grandkid! ;)
After watching my grandma shuffle around her kitchen with her Walker and a hot mug fresh from the microwave, I knew there had to be a better way. Shes a stubborn woman who likes her independence and refuses help from anyone. When i ordered this I thought it would be a boring gift but I was WAY wrong. She loves this freaking thing and takes it everywhere. Apparently she gets all sorts of complements on it and people ask where she got it. It helps her take hot meals and drinks to and from the kitchen and she uses it like a TV tray everywhere . She is also able to rest her heavy purse on it as she walks instead of hurting her arthritis by holding her Walker handle and purse at the same time. I would buy this product 100 times over it has brought my grandma so much happiness.

Love my tray!!! Carries alot!
I bought my mom a tray for her walker Cmas 2017 from a mail order catalog. She loves hers so much, when I fell the last time and had to start using a walker, I thought- I'm going to get me a tray. It's so helpful to carry meals from the kitchen or carry anything from room to room. This has a hole that you can put a cup in, that rests on the bar of the Walker that's underneath the hole, that holds it pretty steady as long as it's not too full, and an indentation for a mug with a cut out for the handle. Also sides are indented lower below the handles so you don't hit your knuckles on the tray like my mom sometimes does on hers. It's also indented so that when you're walking you can stand closer to the Walker and rest your stomach against the edge of the tray to steady yourself. Also somehow my Walker is slightly bigger than hers so her tray does not fit on my Walker but this tray does. Also I love purple and when I saw it I knew I had to get it. I love this tray! It also has a raised edge around the whole tray so things don't slide off easily. The only thing I wish was that the front edge was higher cuz I have lost a couple of things. This comes with black plastic rubber things on the inside edges of the openings that go over the Walker handles in case you have smaller handles. mine are larger so I took the black rubber pieces off. It would also be great if the openings that go over the Walker handles were another half an inch to an inch longer. But I still love it!

Works with my Medline Walker
I’m using a Medline walker as I recover from a hip replacement. This tray works reasonably well. I had to remove the inserts. The tray fits over the bars. Because my walker handles taper slightly, the tray doesn’t sit 100% flush with the top bars on either side but it is possible to seat it so it’s level. It’s adequate for transporting items like plates, cups, books, etc. Just need to be careful not to move too fast with drinks on it. I can fit a plastic 16oz water bottle in the hole but I haven’t found a cup or glass that fits in the cup ‘well’ though it’s good for putting smaller items.I would rate this 4 1/2 - 5 stars. It has made my recovery much easier because I can fix my meals and then take them to another room. Also nice for transporting my iPad, laptop, phone, books, etc. It also makes a useful TV Tray for meals. It’s very easy to take on and off as needed.Just measure the space between your handles as well as the width of your walker very carefully before ordering.

Terrific Tray!
This is a wonderful tray to transport anything you need via your walker. The tray doesn't need assembling, it does have small, rubber like grips on each end of the tray which grabs onto the walker frame. It stays put if you apply a light pressure, but has a tendency to tip forward a bit, so be sure to adjust if you're going to be carrying beverages. It has two sections for a glass or can and one for an average size coffee cup, which other models don't have. It's easy to remove if you don't want a tray on the walker all the time, and to place back on. I love mine. Highly recommend for ease of use and very functional.

I'm frustrated. Maybe you won't be.
There is a world of people who use walkers. Apparently there is no standard spec for them. Many walkers and a million different types of trays. I've been searching everywhere for a tray in order to encourage Mom to be more independent. She has a standard issue Medicare walker. This is the 4th one I have tried. Does not fit snugly which is a potential hazard. Tried to "Mac Gyver" it and no improvement. The final decision was made to return when her Physical Therapist saw it and said no way. The tray juts out a bit too far towards the body, causing Mom to have to push the walker ahead of her instead of with her. I really wanted this to be the one. For those who may be thinking... I checked and double checked the measurements before purchase. Technically, they were right on. The tray was a tad less "flimsy" as others I have seen. Don't get me started on the cup holders. Way too small.
