Got this for my wife who spends most of the day in online conferences and needed a good quality wired headset. We both work out of the house and youngest daughter is doing school from home as well, not to mention a father-in-law that watches TV outside her office. Noise reduction feature was a selling point for her and it works very well. Headset is comfortable and sound quality is very good.

Very comfortable, great sound. Plug and play. Got for my daughter starting jr high. Enjoys them a lot.

I bought this for webinars in the Before time (pre-pandemic). It offered large drivers for better sound and the option of using a 3.5mm audio jack or the a USB port. (Wireless options cost too much when I would be using them 100% at my desk.) Now I'm working from home and they're great for meetings. The microphone and headphones function perfectly in Zoom and similar platforms. Though the ear pads are labeled L and R, you can switch them and still use the microphone because the boom swivels either way. [Imagine a hand on a clock: It slides from 8:00am to 4:00pm. It also slides up to noon and stays out of the way when you're just listening.] The cable is coiled next to the USB port, which gives a little extra stretch when I need it, and they stay on my ears without pinching my head. Very lightweight. My spouse doesn't complain about them "leaking" sound. That said, I don't listen at an especially high volume since I have to stay attuned to my surroundings.Things to know/possible cons: My ears get warm and humid after about 90 minutes. As other people have mentioned, you can't use the volume controls on the cable if you're using the headphone jack. Since there are no controls on the headset, you have to use the volume controls on your computer/device. Also there is no noise canceling. (Mpow has noise cancelling cans. These ain't them.)Mpow looks like an established company with a solid line of products at varying price points. I was able to register and get an extended warranty - pretty good for inexpensive electronics! They were able to answer a technical question in the chat, and I've been tempted by some of the sales. Based on my experience and their prices, I would give their other products a chance.

I wanted headphones that had a mic, were comfortable, and were wired so that they couldn't run out of batteries. These headphones hit the spot! I wear them for about 3.5 hours every day, with a 15 min break in between and I don't mind them at all. I can focus on teaching and seeing my students for our whole instructional time.Sometimes when I plug in the USB, my mac/Zoom gets confused with which microphone and output speaker to use, but I'm used to doing a quick switch now in my settings.One more thing, I love the buttons that come with the USB wire (you can plug in with the regular audio jack or attach an extension with USB that comes with mute, volume, and mic buttons). Sometimes it's faster to just click the physical button rather than finding it on my screen.Overall, great buy! Would do it again

So far so good! Received my headset within 2 days and I am in love! In addition to the extra warranty I purchased, this product also comes with a 2 year manufacturers warranty. I love that this headset also has a spiral chord so I don't need to worry about anything getting tangled. And it also has a very convenient control box that makes volume changes/muting very easy. I have yet to actually try this product but that does not make me hesitant leaving this review since I am covered if anything goes wrong.

NO WHERE in the written description does it say they are for kids. In fact the black set isn't. The only way to know is to look at the pictures (which I did not) or wait until they arrive and find out they won't in fact work.

Super comfy and love the look of it. Using it for work (csr) from home and everyone is telling me they hear me far away and my volume is all the way up.

I use it for Skype and Teams meetings on my PC, and it will randomly disconnect during meetings. It is like the USB adapter has a glitch or short that causes the computer to think it has been unplugged. When it works, it is fine.

I wear glasses and I had some hard time to find a new gaming headset. I tried a lot of design, but I always had problem with my glasses. Anyway, this is now my new gaming headset, i'm really happy about it. The mic is super high quality and the sound is pretty great. The sound could be better but it still a really good sound quality.

The best thing I can say about any headset, is that I simply don't notice it when I'm using it. And that's what I have to say about the MPOW HC6. I put them on and forget about them. They fit my head just right, and form a good seal on my ears without pinching my head like some other headsets do. The flexibility of using then with the USB sound control that's included, or directly plugged into a 3.5mm headset jack, means that I can use it with all my devices. Very handy during this work-from-home reality... It's impressive that there's a 24month warranty, and if you join the MPOW customer club and provide your Amazon order number, they extend that to 30months. Hopefully I will never need to use that, but it's good to know that they stand behind their product.

I was using some Bluetooth earbuds with a mic for some online conferences... they worked okay but would occasionally spit static and my mic would cut out. Bought these to upgrade and I am totally happy (other than I hate being ‘that guy’ on a vid con wearing a headset). I use this with my SurfacePro and it worked immediately (no fiddling). I love that the sound is isolated from the mic so I don’t produce annoying feedback loops or echoey speech. The boom mic is omnidirectional which is convenient. I also like the in-line volume / mic controls. I wonder if a clip for the in-line controller would be nice? Anyway, love this headset so far. Can get a bit uncomfortable after hours of wearing it, but maybe I just have sensitive ears :)

I'm pretty sensitive to pressure on my ears and head, so nothing is a 5-star there for me; however, this has fantastic sound, and is doing a great job helping me record my lectures for my students. I also like that it's wired, so I don't have to worry about charging it or replacing batteries. Nice big mute button, so even when I'm fumbling during a meeting, I can find it quickly and easily. Very happy with my purchase!
