Small but sturdy over the door hanger
This over the door hanger was small but perfect for my daughters room. She still has it to this day and I purchased it a couple years ago. So it's sturdy and worth the money!!!

Cheap. Works.. like.. a hanger! Maybe a bit large bracket for most doors.
On my door, and perhaps yours as well, it will "flap" when opening and closing the door. What I mean is, the bracket used to hang over the door is a bit too large, leaving a gap. So, when you open the door, it may bang into the door because it doesn't firmly "hug" the door in place. Otherwise.. a hanger..

Great idea
Love this to hand housecoats behind the bathroom door. The metal was thin enough to not damage the door. Looks neat and orderly

Too bulky
Before buying, check that the door you want to hang it over has a quarter inch to spare. It probably won't.

Wider than the thickness of normal room doors in the US. It hangs quite a bit too loose on the top, but you can still use it if you don't need to close the door.
