They are for both men and women. It depends on hand size not gender. midzize might be to big for a woman take a measurement to be sure what size is recommended.

Grip size is more of an individual thing. It's all about feel for me, however: what I've heard is the larger the hand, the bigger the grip. I like the midsize grip. I wear a Cadet med/large glove.
