I am not an expert on office headsets, so it is hard for me to gauge the value of this item with similar devices covering a huge range of prices; from under $20 to over $200. Given it is wireless and not from a major name-brand I think it is at or near the median price for off-brand and it is substantially less expensive than many name-brand products. With this in mind, and considering that it performs well I will say it is a fair to good value. This is a headset designed for productivity, such as in the office or while driving. It could certainly be used for personal applications but would not be ideal for enjoying music, movies/videos, or gaming. It came with instructions for pairing/using with a few types of desk phones commonly found with modern business VoIP systems (Polycom, Cisco, Yealink...). While I did not have the opportunity to test these connections I have no reason to believe that there would be any problems there. It connected easily and seamlessly with my PC and iPhone and was fully functional except for the receiver button did not answer Google Voice calls from my PC (which I blame on Voice for desktop being browser only app, not on this product),PROs: Good battery life,good sound quality in both directions, lightweight and comfortable; the earpice swivels generously and has a perfectly delicate padding that nicely blocks out external sounds without any annoying pressure being noticed. robust build quality, simple Bluetooth paring that connected and worked without issue, MIC swivel rotates a full 360° allowing the earpiece to be placed over either earCONs: No charging stand - must use included micro-USB cable to charge,small buttons located around the side of the earpiece are hard to locate and use without being able to see them; I twice accidentally hung up on a call while attempting to adjust the headset volume, but I have more or less got the hang of it now

I felt like this product didn't have everything I wanted like being landlines phone accessible. Which is what I needed it for.

This is a comfortable and effective headset compatible with both Linux (the lighter computer screen capture photo) and Windows 10 or 11 (the darker screen shot is Windows 11). The Bluetooth MAC address identifies the headset as using a Wildix chip. The sound quality of the microphone is excellent. For listening, its dynamic range is not best for music, but is spot on for for spoken voice, such as teleconferences. Battery life is good. As long as I charge it up before the start of they day, the charge lasts through any calls I have throughout an 8-10 hour business day (although I do tend to shut off the unit if the meetings are more than an hour apart). The comfort is very good and comparable with other quality headsets I have used. The range of the unit depends upon the building materials in your structure, but for me the connection remains strong within a big room or the room immediately adjacent to where the computer is. If I stray any further than that without direct line of sight to the computer I start losing the signal. However, if I walk back into range it picks right back up again. The instructions are very complete. In addition to guidance to operating the headset, the products includes written instruction sheets to connect with a variety of phones by Panasonic, Cisco, Mitel, and Grandstream. The headset has a standard Micro-USB female power connector, and comes with a Micro-USB male to USB-A male charging cord. This product is a good value, and I gave it an overall rating of 5 stars.

This headset was easy to pair with my computer once I looked it up online to connect. The sound quality is great and the Bluetooth is very lightweight. The earpiece swivels so it can lay flat and the mic can switch so it can be used on either ear. The only issue I had with this is that the mic quality was not as clear as I would like.

Used it on my office desktop, a 7-year old PC running Windows 10 with a brand new Bluetooth dongle. Plug and play, with Windows finding it to pair with in about 10 seconds. Used for video playback and Teams meetings - no issues whatsoever. Very stable connection. Additional voice notification for incoming calls. The only issue is that it is slightly uncomfortable on my big head even if extended.

After minimal use would no longer charge. Contacted customer support did not hear back until several attempts. Told they would send replacement. Contacted because never got replacement they said I had to send the order details which I did. Waited a couple of months didn't hear back. Emailed them again and got no response. So that is my story. They worked fine for the short time they were functional but expected to last a little longer.
