Product(flexible ruler) was exactly what it is described as listed. It holds its shape if needed to duplicate shapes of vehicle interiors for using it to make custom speaker boxes out of fiberglass for automotive applications. I'm a Master Car Audio installer, and this works awesome for my intended purposes in custom car audio fabrication and also woodworking duplication and also in home remodeling such as in doing laminate/tile flooring and copying the corners of walls to cut the flooring with a jigsaw etc.

I recently started sewing lingerie and this flex curve is very handy for helping to determine bra underwire sizing and for measuring parts of a pattern for elastics and other elements. It seems durable and bends easily but stays in place once you get it into the shape you need.I’m very happy with it so far.

Hardest part is actually keeping the shape in place if you are trying to "capture" a shape from a model. (Duplicating a curve) I use it mostly to measure the curves of objects like bowls and try and transpose that shape.

Worked perfect to get tracings of my horses backs for saddle fitting.

Easy to use n sturdy. Great value

This is a nice ruler. It is plastic and very flexible on the measuring edges (sides). It remains relatively rigid on the top and bottom edge. The actual ruler is a paper insert, which can be distorted if you bend it too tight. It bounces right back when you loosen the bend. This ruler has a metal core that makes it keep the shape that you give it. The ruler is easily straightened, it has no memory at all. Because this ruler flexes, the paper ruler is not actually connected at the ends of the plastic housing. Because of this, the measuring edge does not start at the outside edge of the ruler. Overall I think this is a can be a handy ruler, I think it will last a long time.

This flexible ruler works really well to measure any curved body part! Wish I'd gotten one sooner.
