Great Product and awesome customer service! As soon as you order this, you receive email instructions oh how to safely test its waterproof feature, and other tips. Honestly, I did not test it underwater as I never intent end to use it like that; I just wanted a case that I can carry on hikes and be able to take photos on the go, and not worry if it starts to rain. It closes really tight, so I am sure it is waterproof. I love the color, and the touch screen works perfect through the case (they say that it doesn't and suggest using side buttons instead, but I never had problems accessing my phone through the case; I use it all the time, and I can access things like music playlists, etc with no problem). The holder is attached to the strap with a hook that spins all the way around, (so the strap doesn't twist or fold) I bought it for the color, but I am really enjoying this product!

I tried it out in the pool yesterday, and I loved it!I have a Galaxy s7 with an Otterbox. I was able to fit the phone in the waterproof case with the Otterbox on. The camera works just the same and the quality of the pictures were good too. Before I bought this item, I read the reviews and the seller's instructions/advice for the case and gave it a shot. It is a little tricky to take pictures using the touchscreen under water. But you can easily use the side buttons to take pictures and it works very well! I found that if you get as much air out of the case before you seal it, it helps with your touch screen's sensitivity and makes it a little easier to use your apps/camera through the case. When the case is out of the water, it works extremely well! It must be something with the water pressure that causes touch screens to act silly underwater. So taking as much of the air out of the case as you can will help with that issue. I am also going to try the seller's advice and wipe the inside and outside down with colgate toothpaste, rinse and dry it and see if that will enhace its performance underwater as well. Overall, I would recommend this product, if you're looking for a good-quality waterproof case that you don't have to worry about leaking!We have a heated pool, which I was really worried about. If the pool is too warm, it can cause condensation on the inside of the case. There was one tiny condensation spot on the front of the screen, which I was able to easliy wipe off and return to case. So far, I am very impressed with this product. I'll be taking it to the lake this

The pouch is great and works well in regards to my iPhone being completely dry. I have been using it at water parks down slides, lazy rivers, and wave pools so it had been truely However, the strap sucks and not reliable at all! The strap is a clip and the clip bent and the pouch came right off. Had I not noticed soon enough I would have lost my iPhone, along with my license, money, park passes, and credit card. It should have one of those straps where you loop it through, not a clip. See pictures for the clip. I do not recommend it!!!! Look for one with a better strap!

It has kept my device dry from water spray while I was in a Zodiac. There was one time where my jacket and pants were both literally soaking wet, but my iPhone remained absolutely dry. Although, I have not been brave enough to completely submerge my phone while it is in the case, all indications are that it will do the job as promised. The transaction was completed quickly, received item as promised, and the seller followed up to make sure I got the case. Quite impressive

This exceeded my expectations! My primary concern was that my phone would be safe under water. I tested it by placing a tissue inside, submersed it under water overnight and the tissue inside remained dry. Yay! My surprise was that I was able to use the touchscreen while my phone was inside the protector. I took a few pictures and they were crystal clear. I will use it snorkeling in a couple weeks, but will get a lot more use out of it than just under water. It comes with a sturdy armband and strap to wear around your neck. I'm very pleased and will highly recommend.

I took this on vacation with me. Overall it worked like it should. I got it wet and it was fine, though I never completely submerged it underwater for more than a few seconds. The black part melted and got a little gooey in the hot sun so that was a bit disappointing. But overall the product kept my phone dry.

Great case as far as being water proof.. But snapping a picture under water as advertised is impossible with the touchscreen and the side buttons are stuck in the fold which makes it hit or miss if you have a Samsung S7 Edge. Another Tip, if you are going to wear it around the neck put your phone in upside down! easier to grab and snap:)

Took this down to Cancun for a trip and I was nervous to get in the pool with it and my phone so I tried money first and it passed the test! My money stayed dry and also it stays afloat. I liked wearing it as a lanyard while paddle boarding and being able to take pictures while out in the ocean!

It worked and did not leak - tested in Arctic and Dubai. I was very nervous at first but it really is safe for a smartphone
