Very good material firm good switching sewing 👍 I only not give 5 stars because the fabric should be better a material with a bit of elastic, like a mix with lycra or so, but it’s my opinion. Good fast delivery so very glad no problem at all.

Great way of getting the benefits of inversions without needing an inversion bench. It takes up little room and can be stored easily. Plus of course helpful for backbends and many other exercises and poses. A fantastic prop for my yoga and pilates and general fitness progression.
