Excellent
Job is super taxing in all weather, and a Hi-Vis vest must be worn "outside". Was seeking lightweight Hi-Vis that is less hot & heavy than the standard. We're required to wear quite a bit, and that can add several pounds when filled with waterweight from sweat or rainstorm. A sopping wet Hi-Vis vest on top of all that is not a good time. Standard Hi-Vis vest and colors are often too much for my autistic sensory issues.Having gotten the OLook Vest for practical use only, I was not suspecting the attention it would get! In a good way.PROS1) Ppl SEE it, and do so bc it's flattering. I use the rainbow light mode for stim issues, and it seems the best mode for visibility and not accidentally causing seizures in strangers. Everyone asks what it is when I'm indoors and it's great that I can just turn it on to show them when I'm going thru a nonverbal moment (or even just to calm down upset kids I cross paths with inside the building while their mothers worry about more important things than fussiness).2) Lightweight in every way, the most perfect next to near nothing for a Hi-Vis. And even when lights are activated, while it still lights up the space around me (minimally), it is not in my line of sight distracting my senses.3) RECHARGEABLE battery! Different light modes for your preference.4) Can handle rain to a degree. (I haven't worn it in stormy weather yet, but it's handled the light rains so far. I have a hi-vis raincoat for those days though so it wont be getting that soaked anyway.)5) Despite it's breakable looking design, it's held up so far and I do a heck of a lot more than just running. Tho I'm generally very careful with tech so probably not exactly a fair comparison to others.6) Adjustable! I was afraid bc it looks like a lot of these have the belt part sitting higher and I knew that would mess with my senses as well as be difficult for bustier women, but it's actually adjustable where it can sit much lower than that!CONS1) This is purely a sensory thing, but the battery pack is hot and uncomfortable. Now it doesn't GET hot when in use, (not to my knowledge as I use it intermittently, only turning it on for when I'm outside, which is in short bursts), it's just plastic and unbreathable and thus naturally that spot on your back lacking air will get hot. It's the smallest batterypack out of all these types of vests so I can't really complain just saying if you're one of those sensory ppl like me, it still has a bit of that despite it's pros. I'm learning to deal with it but even after so many days, it can still be super distracting.2) While the solid belt is Hi-Vis at all times, the lights are not the most visible during the day. Fine for me as I don't typically have to do the outside portion until nightfall, but sometimes I get stuck helping out that part in daylight and I feel pretty vulnerable with just a strip of belt for Hi-Vis. I wouldn't change the design at all tho, I will be adding Hi-Vis bracelets or an addition to my workhat or something instead. I'm using it in a way it's not exactly intended for so this is just my experience incase others might try to use it for work too.3) Not very modd-able. I'm used to clipping useful work tools to my Hi-Vis gear instead of my actual clothes bc when your clothes get waterlogged, anything extra can pull your pants right off in public! Or make your shirt rub you raw/cause rashes. So attaching them to the Hi-Vis gear saves from adding extra weight to my clothes. The loops and buckle on the belt part are super slim and hug the belt portion snuggly, which is great but hard to get anything to attach to them that isn't the headlight attachment it comes with. Most Hi-Vis have clips or something hanging off them, I had to bootleg rig it myself to do that with some leftover stuff I had.4) While it comes with a headlight attachment, (which can be attached to the waist belt), the headlight itself is NOT rechargeable and requires batteries. It didn't seem as waterproof as the Vest and batteries are insanely expensive now so I passed on using it. I absolutely would if it were as waterproof and rechargeable, bc we're lacking lights where I work outside so it's truly pitch-black a lot of the time and the vest itself does not aid your vision in the dark.My only recommendation to the ppl that make this product, would be to plz make a rechargeable headlight thingie that is as waterproof as it's vest companion. I wouldn't mind if the light had to be made duller, any outward light is better than none for pitch-black conditions. Running or otherwise.

Comfortable and holds a charge
This is my second light up vest for running. I went with this model this time because of the recharging capabilities. This vest has been everything I wanted and more. I run almost every morning for an hour. I can go about two weeks before having to recharge. The light up strands of this vest are much more sturdy than my last vest. All of the color choices work well and are very visible. Assembly was super easy. The vest is light weight and comfortable to run in and it adjusts quickly and easily to accommodate the amount of gear I have on. I would definitely purchase again.

It's only PARTLY rechargeable. Also uses AAA batteries.
Well, crud. We didn't open this until after the return window closed. The product description is a LIE. It's only *partly* rechargeable. The front light is basically the same as a headlamp, and uses 3 AAA batteries that have to be changed. So keeping this charged is a royal pain and overly complicated.Would not buy again. Sorry we bought it the first time.

Safety first!
This is great for walking at night, but the tubes need to be more adjustable instead of one size fits all. I do love that it has different modes and colors, and also, a reflective belt. I just canter use it for running, as the tubes fall off.

Works well
Bought this for my wife who likes to walk early in the morning before work. Gives good visibility with the lighting and reflective material. Adjustable so she can wear it over a shirt or a coat. She likes the "headlight". It provides enough forward illumination for her when she walks. Had to return the first one we got. It did not stay charged. New one lasts her at least 2 weeks for her 45min walks. New one is slightly different so maybe the first one was an older model.

Great Light Vest
A friend purchased this and my old one (different brand and battery operated)was dying out. I wanted a lighted vest that is RECHARGEABLE.This one holds the charge and is very lightweight. I use it for early morning running and have received numerous compliments and inquiries about it.Don't mind that the front light is AAA battery operated. I have gone about a week without having to recharge it. I have it turned on for 1 hour to 1.5 hours each time I run and I go 6x/week. I have not had it on flashing colors, just steady so I am sure that saves some battery life.

Charging port stops working
The vest was great and I was very impressed with the quality for the cost…but then the second time I tried to charge the vest it wouldn’t charge. I tried different Type-C USB Cable chargers, wall outlets and computer port, and after nearly 24 hours it still hasn’t charged. Also, the light that attaches to the vest cuts in and out while running. It’s a great feature as long as it stays on.I will say- the vest is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. I was overall very happy with it but I can’t look past the charging issue since it makes the item unusable.

Exactly what I was expecting
This vest is perfect! It definitely has a decent battery life before it needs to be recharged (I went at least 2.5 hours total before recharging it, and didn't wait for it to die first). Very comfortable, visible and stays in place. For reference, I'm 5'8", 28" waist and 35" at the hips and have on a medium. I feel way safer in this than in the plain reflective vests, definitely worth it!
