The build quality is great. It’s very accurate as well, I tested taking BP manually and then with this machine on the other arm and got near-identical readings.

Inaccurate blood pressure readings, not recommended at all.Several BP readings to my father compared to other devices and it shows much lower readings of the blood pressure.The courier company that's used for collection by Amazon in UAE is useless company were they failed to collect the device back and Amazon failed to help, consequently I have to through the device in the garbage!!!Really surprised with Amazon customer service representative unprofessional attitude and I'm really disappointed Amazon is no longer customer's oriented company and they are no longer professional company.
