would not try another brand
I have been using this brand for years, it's a great product. I love that it is in a dark container with a dark gel surrounding the pill to keep light from damaging the quality .

Barleans is the best!
Been using Barleans flax seed oil capsules for over 30 years on the advice of a health-food store owner for severely cracked, peeling palms.I was desperate as doctors had no solution - dermatologists were completely perplexed.CURED!! Took a few weeks to work, but anything good is worth waiting for.I tried other brands, but then the condition returned. Only BARLEANS (with Lignan) worked.I was so grateful to the lady who recommended it.I hope this review helps anyone suffering with what I had.

Hair, skin and nails.
I have been taking these for 4 months now (I only do 3 a day at night time) they help my other vitamins absorb when I take them. These vitamins also have helped my hair, nails, eyes, I truly believe that they have also had a good impact on my heart and blood pressure, even though, I cannot prove it or say that that affect are from this product. I will continue to take these though just because of what it has done to hair, nails and skin. Good stuff
