Q: Is the jacket waterproof?

I brought mine for while fishing as a light wind stopper and protection against rain. I would say they’re shower proof but not for down pours or longer than a quick splash. Non of the zips or seams are designed to be water tight. Mine has given me some protection from Misty rain and the odd shower but I’ve never been far from cover or a shelter.

Q: Does anyone use this when doing exercise (running) not sure if i would get too hot

I would say it would be perfect for running. Very lightweight but waterproof. It’s only one layer and breathable
