Ok the app needs work, the pump makes pump noises, but don't they all, yes it’s a bit pricey, and I wish the filters were a bit cheaper BUT!It’s very well designed and unlike all of its competitors that I've tried. this actually has the UVC bulb inside the water tank and in a glass tube. Why is this important? well UVC won’t pass through plastic. So, all the others I’ve tried technically has a UVC led or small cathode bulb in them, they’re all on the outside of the water tank. So you're just paying more for a blue light.Also the aforementioned filters are pretty damn good, from the large one that is the primary filter in the top, to the micromesh one on the pump.It’s also designed so the water actually stays in the water tank and isn’t slopping around in the bottom waiting to cause a fire risk and even in the unlikely event I over fill it, it’s miracle of miracle got drain ports in the bottom of the outer casing just in case.Oh and their customer support is freaking awesome :D

Stopped working after cleaning

First impressions make a difference and nothing was much more true in this case. We received the unit in a good looking luxury embossed pink box that immediately gave a luxury feel to the product.Upon unpacking i found a good looking stylish device made of very high grade looking and feeling materials. It surely looks way worse on the photos on the amazon site.The design of the water fountain is good, it looks sturdy, elegant and sleek. The way it is put together is easy to take apart for cleaning, it allows for refills without taking it apart, but the cord with the unit is somewhat short and might give some people a challenge in getting it connected in the area they want to.What are some of the thoughts i have on it after about a fortnight of use.1: Connecting the WiFi is a bit of a problem. There is a lot of emphasis on the use of 2.4GHz on both your phone and the unit, but that did not fully explain why i had issues getting it to connect.In the end i found out that if i did the reset of the unit twice it would get into the correct WiFi mode and i could configure it. After the configuration was successful, the app works well and it no longer cares if you are on 2.4GHz with your phone at all. Better said (but not in the manuals anywhere), you can monitor it from anywhere in the world.2: The power adapter that was delivered with it started to give issues after 2 days, it made the fountain reset several times during the day, resetting the water fresh count. A bigger, heavier adapter that i still had lying around fixed this.3: The unit is more quiet then our old Catit Fresh & Clear Drinking Fountain, the sound level is very very low and is inaudible in our living room. That said, if you are in a very quiet space in the house you will hear it and as such i cannot advise it for bedroom use.4: Support is great, quick to react, friendly, and following up even if no longer needed. Many companies in the Netherlands can take an example from this.Why did i need support, because i couldn't get WiFi to connect and because of the adapter not being strong enough.-For WiFi they mostly were a soundboard for my own thoughts and made it easy for me to realize that i needed to reset a few times to get the correct mode.-For the Power Supply they offered to send a new one and if you have no spare, i would take them up on it. Personally i have so many of them lying around that i felt it would be a waste to receive a new one, so i declined it.cons:1: Filters and the price of new ones. A year supply costs close to 80 euro which is a stiff pricing.2: WiFi can be hard to configure, some technical aptitude is required to WiFi set up3: Water container almost too big for two 5kg cats. Water refresh reminders will go off well before it is empty (or is this a pro?)4: price, yes the unit is expensive compared to other water fountains (i personally think it is worth the price)

Es una pasada. Super chulo y muy cómodo. Lo tengo desde el dia 7 de diciembre, y hace dos días que se apaga y se enciende solo todo el rato. Y no entiendo el porque. Lo he reseteado 10 veces y sigue igual. Me puesto en contacto con el vendedor y me dio unos pasos a seguir, que si es fallo de unos contactos, que si la app, y seguía igual. Al final, probando con ellos, era el ADAPTADOR! Fallaba y hacia un corte de corriente cuando quería. Os lo cuento por si os pasa! El servicio técnico un 10!! Puedes hablar con ellos por whatsapp, brutal, si todo fueran iguales, que felices seríamos todos! 💪

Llevo 3 meses con el bebedero y ya no funciona. La bomba hace muchísimo ruido y se para!! Y encima es un producto que no es barato. Muy decepcionada!
