Really helpful book
As a vegan, it is really difficult to find good recipes online involving basic ingredients. This book really helps especially if you own an instant pot and don't know how to utilize its strengths. Would suggest buying the e book since it is much easier to navigate on your phone, Alexa, or a tablet.

It's a bunch if internet recipes in a book.. Not profesional
That book looks like it has been put together by somebody who just grabbed a bunch of recipes from the internet and put them in a booked format. Very disappointed. Would return it if I could.

PROBLEM. Would love reply.
Recipes look great. Easy to follow. As I am a WW I was happy to see nutritional info for each recipe. PROBLEM. I noticed Fat grams seemed way off. Take the Frittata recipe. I checked the Fat grams for cheese, milk and bacon. I found the whole recipe has 23 grams of fat. But is shown as per serving in the nutritional info of this recipe. What am I missing? I would love a reply. I did not verify other calculations.

Watch out for typos in this book
Ok, so I will blame myself for 1) not listening to my gut 2) not reading the serving/cooking time at the top of the recipe. The top indicates 4 minutes (which makes sense) and the # 3 under directions says 4 hours. Needless to say, I followed the directions......don't do it. It was my first time using the Instapot, hopefully not my last, but dear lord, it was a major fail.

Great even for non-vegans
This cookbook is great! I'm not a vegan, but my daughter is, who introduced this book to me. I liked the recipes so much I bought my own book. Healthy recipes than can be tweeted for non-vegan if desired, as I have done. And using the instant pot is the added bonus... fast healthy meals.

Solid basics
If you already have good recipes, the main thing to consider for successful pressure cooking is the appropriate water content. This is a good guide. Some good recipes included (generic curry and excellent spagbol). Extrapolate to your heart's content. Recommended.
