We have had this closet for almost 2 years. My dogs decided they needed something inside it and ripped the cover completely apart. I reached out inquiring about a replacement cover and the company shipped me a brand new one to replace it!! Fantastic costumer service!!!

I was only a little surprised that the tube size seemed smaller than others, but I was pleased with how easy this one goes together. I got the gray one. There were even a few spare parts included. The only error I saw was in the instructions on step 7. It says to repeat step 3 which is wrong. Step 7 goes together similar to step 3 but notice the parts are different. Pay close attention! Other than that I had no problems and I am very happy with this product. Please don't be swayed by the bad reviews. This brand seems to pay attention to quality, good engineering and sturdiness, despite being made in China. I also think that you get a lot for your money with this one, because some do not even have these features. I would definitely buy this one again, or another one from this brand. Thanks

I bought 3 different styles and brands of portable closets to meet my needs. This one is by far the one that took me the longest to set up because parts are not labeled in separate bags as other brands. The cover is badly sewn and the threads came undone as I pulled it over the structure. Also, there is a rip on one side. When I finally zipped it up, the Zipper malfunctioned and now I can't get it to open. In order for me to get a refund, I have to take it apart and pack it again. I tried contacting the manufacturer as Amazon suggested and got a warning the website was not safe. I did not listen to the warning and clicked anyway and the website does not exist.Save your money, time and effort. Go with a different brand.

We needed a temporary closet and I didn’t want to spend much. This sufficiently fit my needs but it’s far from perfect.Pros:• Super easy to assemble (easy instructions even).• Holds a lot of clothes in a small space.• Lightweight and easy to move around.• Extra pieces included.Cons are essentially the fabric pieces:• Shelf material will not last long with any real weight. (Cats love it and it sags under their weight.)• Outer cover is same material as shelves and also will likely not last. Mine arrived with a slice in the fabric..• The main closing zipper on mine will not close. It’s a significant gap too. Not taking it back apart so I’ll have to figure out a different way to close it.Overall I love the concept and it could be darn close to perfect if the fabric pieces were upgraded.

It’s a quick solution to a storage problem.It’s not Ethan Allen, you’re not going to fool the In-laws. But, within a half an hour, you have a free-standing closet. It zips up to hide a lot of untidiness. It is Not a furniture solution; it is a problem solver!

I ordered this Beacuse I had too many clothes and no space and this turned out to be the perfect thing. Takes around 2 hours to assemble but really good at holding clothes and can hold many of them.

If you thought IKEA furniture was hard to put together wait till you try to put this wardrobe together it takes time but it’s a great little wardrobe holes all my cycling gear. The dust cover in the front is wonderful keeps excess of dust from going on my clothes. It’s a nice product.
