A bit different texture from so many other lip healing products. This is much more of a concentrated gel in a beautiful little jar that looks like a small jar of moisturizer. Love the deep blue color and feels good in the hands. The jar is somewhat heavy weighted.Can't say that it really has much, if any, cherry flavor. I'm totally fine with that since I really tend to not like much flavoring in my lip products. What's important is how it feels and whether or not it works to heal my chapped lips.This sinks in deeply as you rub your lips together. Feels wonderful. Stays moist for a good while, but not quite as long as I'd like. In fact, that's the only reason that I deducted one star. It really could use a little more staying power. It is great though while it lasts. Also makes for a very good base before applying any sort of lipstick. What I'll do sometimes is apply this lip treatment and then top it off with a much waxier lip balm which helps to extend it's life.Does not dry the lips out at all once the moisturization has stopped. It's quite good except that it just doesn't last as long as I'd prefer.

The Naturopathica Sweet Cherry Lip Butter comes in a beautiful, though impractical, solid glass blue 0.5oz jar for $22 as of this writing. I say impractical because, as any lip balm junkie can attest to, eventually, we will get to the bottom. Unless we're struggling to spoon it out with our fingers or a qtip, how else are we going to get the lip butter out of the base? The narrow opening and the wide base will eventually make it difficult to extract the lip butter. It is vanity pretty, but I would have preferred a more flat vessel with an equally wide lid or a tube.The lip butter itself is very slippery, smells amazing (cherry-ish of course), and has a dusty rose color. Not near as hot pink as pictured on the sales post as of this writing. It adds a high glossy sheen to your lips.It does not contain SPF. I don't expect the lip butter to be flavored, as it is scented, but I did not expect it to taste unpleasant and sour. Because of the flavor profile and lack of SPF, I will likely use this before bed as a sleeping pack for my lips.

i’ve bought multiple naturopathica items and this is by far my least favorite. an over glorified vaseline but with added irritating fragrances. feels thick on the lips and not in a good way. it kind of reminds me of having the little lipgloss phones with way too much chunky glitter. this is that minus the chucky glitter.

this is definitely a lip butter. it’s heavier than your chapstick brand stuff but a little goes a long way and it does help with keeping them moisturized, so i like it. i’m just not a fan of the price tag but the product itself is good. if you think applying lip stuff with your hands instead of an applicator is annoying you probably won’t like it as much. i’m generally like that so i applied this before bed and it’s softened my lips better than this current lip mask i've been using. it’s inconvenient for me to use this out of the home but it’s perfect for home and pm use and worth annoyance of using my fingers to apply it. not everyone may agree but it worked out for me. this is better quality than some commonly found brands and “natural” lip balms out there imo, so i recommend trying this if you just can’t seem to find one that keeps your lips hydrated enough. one of the better lip balms i’ve received through vine so i like it more than i thought i would. i also like that it isn’t in a plastic jar.

I've been using this lip butter for a few weeks now and just keep reaching for it all day long. It goes everywhere with me - the bedroom, living room, work desk/office... I'm never without it! I love Naturopathica products and although their products are on the pricier end, they are worth it. I do like that it is in a glass jar but during these times, I'm a little more careful and will wash my hands before dipping my fingers in it. I don't bring this out with me and will only use this at home, but I'm home most of the time anyway. If you are expecting this to taste sweet, it doesn't - it's just the scent of "sweet cherry". Don't be disappointed, I don't think its good to be ingesting this stuff anyway. Overall, a wonderful product, I love it.

I am a big fan of Naturopathica brand as they have very high quality products. This lip butter comes in their signature dark blue packaging which is very simple and chic. The texture is very creamy and buttery and it is very effective. It makes my lips super soft and hydrated and I love using it alone during the day as it has some shine and also you can use it underneath your lipstick for more full and hydrated lips. It has sweet cherry smell which I really like. Although it looks pricey but it's very effective and it lasts long enough to worth the money.

Review for Naturopathica Sweet Cherry Conditioning Lip ButterI found this lip balm to be very healing for chapped lips. I have been wearing it at night to try to get my lips past their chapped issue. It has done the trick quickly. This is after trying several other things that did not work.It comes in the standard Naturopathica blue jar and has a screw on lip. You do have to dip your finger in to use. The balm looks firm but it does melt the minute you touch the balm so you are putting on a soft product.Nice product.

I've been incredibly impressed with Naturopathica in the past, and I love lip balms and lip creams and lip...stuff. So this lip conditioner from Naturopathica is a win win for me. It comes in the signature heavy blue glass jar. There isn't much of a scent and there isn't much of a taste. Which sort of surprised me, I guess i expected it to smell or taste somewhat like cherries (I should clarify, there is a scent - but its so slight that i can hardly pick up on it). It isn't sticky, it isn't heavy, but it feels like a few lip sleeping masks I have. I like it. I actually do prefer wearing this to bed even though it doesn't say its a mask. It stays on longer for me when I do it like that. All in all I think Naturpathica is a solid brand and I've never been disappointed yet. This lip conditioner gets a recommendation from me.
