Unlucky. Not once… but TWICE.
First order = arrived with items missing. Refunded and returned. Second order = item doesn’t match product description. WTF Baylis and Harding? I can’t be bothered trying again… and Amazon don’t care. I could do with a bath and getting into a cosy gown. Oh, yeah… maybe try something ELSE.

Poor quality and sizing
Once again I was sucked in by the packaging for Baylis & Harding. Bought as a gift for my sister along with a spa day. Got one for myself at the same time. Robe is a medium but does not comfortably fit my size 12/14 body. It's thin, almost see through and definitely not luxury. Thoroughly disappointed. Will repeat until Christmas 'must not buy Baylis & Harding, must not buy Baylis & Harding...' :(

Excellent price from Amazon as other stores were selling it at double the price. Nice put together present but needs clear details on sizing of dressing gown.
