Would not buy again
Hard to use. Difficult to learn proper placement. Didn't notice a difference in pain level.

Poor sticky tape.
The adhesive wasn't the best. During long runs the tape would start to come off.Buying cheaper no name generic tape from China at a quarter of the price was much better then this stuff.
