Improves performance
I read enough reviews to try this product in a 6.6 Duramax diesel….60k miles. Mixed it very close to recommended mix. Noticeably performs better. I haven’t tracked the mileage yet but the performance difference makes it worth it.

I’ve been using this product for years I’ve gained one more mile to the gallon and can tell a difference in cetane boost.

It does something. Runs better.
Well I can't say much. I tripled the dose, ran a half tank so far don't notice any difference in my 04 F350 6.0L. There's 160,000 on the engine. It might be too early to tell, but definitely no noticeable boost in mileage nor pick up, hence why I gave it two stars. Might take a bit to clean injectors and get everything running clean and smooth. Will update later. So 02/10/21...well it would be impossible to notice an increase in mpg as weather here is between -8 and 12F without wind chill. I did notice the truck seems to start fairly decent and it seems to run quite well. I continue to triple the dose I'm guessing it did clean the injectors.

It is worth it
I’ve noticed a complete difference, more pep and quicker response. Also I’m not regen as much. Used less DeF when towing too.

Not quite what I expected compared to the reviews of this product. I myself noticed no difference between this and no additives whatsoever.

Some mileage increase but definitely not paying for product
Seen a small increase in mileage but truck runs better. Used in a few tractors and lawnmower. Can not say I am seeing much different but wanted more lubrication in system
