But placebo or not, they help me a lot. If nothing else they give me piece of mind when I'm going into a stressful situation.That said. The taste is very, earthy? It's just not great. That said, I'll absolutely continue using them.

Yes, these are pretty chewy for gummies. I must be different from all these other 5 star reviewers, these did not seem to make much difference to me. Still had trouble sleeping after taking the recommended dose before bed, and during the day, felt no difference at all.
