Fun project even for kids
It'll follow bold black lines. If you use some scrap cardboard or paper and use a sharpie to draw a thick black line, you can extend the play length

Coding
Great way to introduce coding to young learners. The two-sided puzzle pieces reinforce cognitive skills as they prepare the path for the device

Great for teaching, but buy batteries
Used these to teach about coding and robotics to K-1. Worked pretty well, but go ahead and order LR44 batteries. 2 of 3 needed replacements before they would work correctly and in a pinch it adds a bit to the cost, I think I paid about $18 extra to replace batteries in two of them.

Perfect Gift!
My 4 year old twin grandchildren loved this gift. They were able to put the road together and had so much fun watching little Dipper the Narwhal move along their creation. Cute and such a fun way to learn.

My 4yo loves this
I’m always skeptical of coding tools that will actually teach a young child anything. This one is an exception. It’s a fun toy all by itself, and really does help learn early coding in sort of a covert way. My 4yo has played with this nearly every day for two weeks.

Great fun!
Bought this for a scout meeting to talk about how to program robots. Was a big hit with my 5-6 year olds! And it’s not a fun game at home with my kids.

Received defective product, no help from company
So my child had played with this product previously and loved it, which is why this is not a one star review. The toy is easy enough for a 3 year old to put together and brings a lot of joy.The one I purchased, however, was defective and I didn't find out until the return window had passed. Only one of the wheels turns and it emits a high pitched sound when on. I contacted the company on their website as I had purchased quite a few of their products for my kids for Christmas and was quite happy with them, and told them the issue. I gave it a week with no response back before I gave up.Disappointed in the company, a shame because I am in charge of purchasing large amounts of educational toys for my company and will hesitate to do so now from this brand.

Fun entertainment for all ages
I had a 4, 7 and 10 year old play with it and they were all entrieged. Even the 4 yo liked that he could rearrange and the track and make it change course. We drew lines on paper and it followed that too! Solid durable toy that kids of all ages like.
