Great for kids summer camp!
Durability:Bought this after my daughter insisted she needed it for her upcoming summer trip. I was skeptical and thought it would have no power. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived and tested it. It blows air in multiple directions and has plenty of power. Very impressed! Portable:Small and hardly takes up an space.Looks:Very clean and modern look.

Highly recommended.
I cannot say enough good things about this fan. It SAVED me at the softball fields. This fan has several settings. It feels great on. Highly recommended.

4/5
I've had this fan for 1 year and 18 days before needing a replacement. Recently, the right side of the fan has stopped working. Left side operates as normal, but the right won't work at all anymore. Pretty disappointed that it only lasted a year, since it's nearly $30 for a replacement. (Knocking a star off for this reason)Battery?: Battery life is good, I wear this fan mostly for intervals of an hour or two at a time, 3-10x per week. I charge it once, maybe twice a week. It does take a while to charge. There's no indicator to alert you to a low battery, so when it's out of charge it just shuts down with no warning. It does die faster on higher speeds, but still lasts a few hours.Loudness?: I'm very sensitive to repetitive, mechanical noises. I was worried with this fan being around my neck, that the noise from the motor/blades would overstimulate me and I wouldn't be able to use it. Happy to report that I was wrong! Even on the highest speed, the noise close to my ears is tolerable; I can still listen to music, and I can have conversations over the noise of the fan no problem. You definitely know it's there, but it's not an annoyance.Weight?: The weight around your neck is comfortable, most of the time I forget I'm wearing it.Additional note: I was worried about the possibility of having my long hair get sucked into the fan, much like the back of a blow dryer will do. In all of the hours I've used this fan over the past year, I've never once had it tangle in my hair.

Powerful, lightweight fan
Great fan, this definitely cooled me off on hot days. The battery seemed to last a long time. The fan is not overly heavy either!

These Are Not Powerful, But They ARE Loud
SYNOPSISYou will not feel any airflow from these further than six inches from your face. As they are designed to be worn "over the nape," this means that (for most users) the fans on the "wings" will be too far from your face to cool you down at all. The sound of the fans is loud enough to be distracting to you, but probably not to a passerby. I would not wear them while talking to someone, though. I grant that the breeze they generate is fairly strong if you can position them close to your face -- I'm thinking of rigging them to wear as a sort of "halo" when I go on summer walks in the humid South. They do "cool," at appropriate distance and angle. But that's the hangup. There are probably better alternatives.Difficulty Level - How Hard Was This To Use?[_] Beginner[x] Novice[_] Competent[_] Advanced[_] ExpertYou will need to get used to locating and short-pressing the power button, which is not in a very intuitive place (at least in my opinion). And most powered devices with minimal interfaces use a "long press" to turn on and "short press" to alternate between modes. These use "short press on; low; medium; high; off."Build Quality[_] This felt very poorly designed, and I recommend against buying it.[x] This felt poorly designed, but "your mileage may vary."[_] This felt like it was adequately designed, with no big pros or cons.[_] This felt like it was well designed, with more pros than alternatives.[_] This felt like it was excellently designed, and I recommend buying it.The fans are too far from my face to be useful as-is.Build Materials[_] This felt like it was made of different materials than promised, and I warn against it.[_] This felt like it was made of very cheap materials, and I would not recommend it.[_] This felt like it was made of the promised materials, with no big pros or cons.[x] This felt like it was made of higher quality materials, with more pros than alternatives.[_] This felt like it was made of premium materials, and I recommend buying it.The build materials feel surprisingly high-grade for the price.Build Safety[_] This felt very unsafe to use, and I recommend against buying it.[_] This felt a little unsafe to use, but "your mileage may vary."[_] This felt safe enough to use, but nothing to write home about.[x] This felt safe to use, with better performance than alternatives.[_] This felt very safe to use, and I recommend buying itI have felt very safe using this neck fan.Functionality[_] This did not do what it promised, and I recommend against buying it.[x] This did what it promised, but very badly.[_] This did what it promised, but it was "just fine."[_] This did what it promised, and did it better than alternatives.[_] This did what it promised, with distinction, and I recommend buying it.I do not know if I have a longer neck than most people, but (while the fans generate a breeze that feels good at about 3" from my face) the airflow these generate does not reach my face. I would do more research before buying a fan like this, if I could do it over.

very nice and functional item
I like to wait a while before reviewing an item. I have had this for over a year and it works perfectly well. Performs as described and does keep you cool with multiple settings

A summer must have!
I bought this portable neck fan for long days out in the sun during events, and it did not disappoint! It kept us cool the entire time, even in the heat, and the battery life lasted several hours on a single charge. It’s also quick to recharge, which is super convenient between uses. Lightweight, comfortable to wear, and really effective—this little fan has become an essential part of our outdoor gear. Highly recommend for festivals, sports events, or any time you’re stuck in the heat!

Moves air, not too loud, may receive a 3 speed model
Just received the item today. So far so good. My only issue is with Amazon and not the manufacturer so far. I chose the green because of the color and it being a few dollars cheaper. Per jisulife's website the green version is a jisulife3 which coincides with the label on the box I received. The jisulife3 only has 3 speeds as opposed to the 5 speeds on the jisulife4; per the manufacturer this comes in white, black, and Grey; jisulife3 has these base colors as well as green, pink, and blue. I think it will still come in handy for the purposes I bought it for, just be aware you may receive an item with only 3 speeds as opposed to 5.
